Fight for your life in Battle X: Birth of the Alliance

Battle X: Birth of the Alliance is a VR-compatible first-person shooter from Naviworks. This game draws on Naviworks' experience as a creator of military training simulators to develop a game that features realistic action and authentic weaponry.

Realistic mutant fighting

Battle X: Birth of the Alliance features both a single-player story campaign and a variety of multiplayer modes. The single-player campaign sees you taking on a rogue scientist at the head of an army of mercenaries. This mode features the voice of Casper van Dien and has a storyline by Susan O'Connor (Bioshock, Gears of War, Far Cry 2). You can also face mutant soldiers in a co-op campaign or compete against other players in matches that pit squads of up to eight players against each other. Multiplayer matches will include tactical objective-based scenarios such as one team planting bombs on specified objectives while the other races to disarm them. Despite the science-fiction elements of the setting, this game focuses on realistic weapons and gear, as well as tactical cover-based gameplay.

A strong VR team shooter experience

If you like tactical shooters, especially if you're a VR user, Battle X: Birth of the Alliance is well worth investigating.
